Term and condition with custmer
- I will provide complete information about every work service request I to submit the company and the worker. If I provide any wrong or incomplete information, the company can take any legal action and claim damages and penalties. I will pay the worker the agreed-upon service amount for the work done between me and the company, and I will give 5% of that amount to the company. If there is any delay in payment or I fail to pay, the company and the worker can take any legal action against me and claim the amount with compounding interest. I will also bear all the expenses incurred in this legal action, I well pay expenses amount with compounding interest.
2. If any dispute arises between me and the worker due to work or any other reason, it will be between me and the worker only. The company will not be involved in this dispute. The company may intervene in this dispute at its discretion. If any dispute arises, the company will have the first right to resolve it. Only after the company’s permission (NOC) will I resolve this dispute through any other legal means.
3. I will not initiate any kind of legal action under any circumstances agenst to company
4. I fully agree with all the rules and conditions given by the company, and I have read and understood all the terms and conditions thoroughly.
